Our Current Pick
An outstanding washed heirloom from the Nano Challa co-op in Ethiopia’s Jimma region. Carefully sorted and mechanically de-pulped before a 12-hour soak, the coffee is skin-dried and finished on raised African beds, followed by parchment conditioning to stabilise moisture.
The result is a beautifully clean and vibrant cup, bursting with juicy stone fruit, fragrant black tea and bright, zesty citrus, with a delicate sweetness and refreshing finish - a classic expression of washed Ethiopian coffee.
