A little further from the everyday.

Roaster's Choice is our monthly selection for those who want to explore beyond our everyday coffees.

Each month, the Nostos roasting team chooses one coffee from our current selection of interesting varieties, unusual processing, standout producers and limited lots - something distinctive, intriguing.

These are coffees that offer something different, with high clarity and expressive flavour.

A monthly journey through the coffees that excite us, beyond the everyday.
