Returns Policy
We do not offer returns on any items or gift cards ordered through our website.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
In the case of faulty/defected products, you can place a claim by contacting us at hello@nostoscoffee.co.uk.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@nostoscoffee.co.uk.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or you believe there is an issue with quality, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll be happy to review the situation and make it right.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason (the "cooling-off period").
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery by using the withdrawal button on our store, or by contacting us at hello@nostoscoffee.co.uk. You will need to provide your name and order reference number as part of the process. You will receive an automatic confirmation email once your withdrawal request has been submitted.
Returned items must be sent back within 14 days of notifying us. We will issue a full refund, including delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
