A super clean washed Sidra from the Finca Potosí farm, situated between 1400-1860masl, is one of 5 farms managed by Cafe Granja La Esperanza in Valle de Cauca, Colombia.

Processed as a washed, this Sidra showcases a beautiful elegance of stone fruits, with delicate white florals that linger. It is rounded off by hints of honey and caramel and a creamy mouthfeel. Pure balance in a cup.
