Specialising in traditionally Ethiopian cultivars, Simon has cultivated a Peruvian-grown Geisha that bursts with elegant florals and a soft, tea-like structure. Expect bright notes of strawberry, subtle chamomile florals, and the gentle acidity of lemon black tea, all wrapped in a refined, silky body.
